Ellyn Smith is the Managing Director of Logitix Consulting, a professional services firm that helps clients delivery their business goals.

Before devoting her work full-time to Logitix Consulting, Ellyn served as a Logistics Officer within the Royal Australian Air Force. Ellyn's military career saw her serve in many diverse roles across the Materiel Logistics and Logistics Management profile, including a deployment to the Middle East Region.

Since separating from Defence, Ellyn has worked as a management consultant in areas such as Integrated Logistics Support Management, Fundamental Inputs to Capability Management, and Project Management.

Ellyn's decision to form Logitix Consulting stemmed from a desire to provide clients with advisors that cared about Australia's interests and places that value above all else.

Chris Riches is the General Manager of Logitix Consulting. As a veteran and career consultant, Chris has substantial experience on Federal Government projects, focusing primarily on the Department of Defence. 

Having worked in a number of key professional agencies in Canberra, Chris is able to bring a vast breadth of experience to any client or organisation to solve complex problems in changing environments. 

As a specialist in Project Management, Test and Evaluation, and Platform Integration, Chris has worked in, and led, high profile national projects and Defence acquisition projects. 

Chris has been highly sought after throughout his career for his organisation, management, procurement and writing skills to deliver high quality products to the respective organisation's clientele.
